EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We strive to provide our customers with socks that they are completely happy with. If you are not happy with them, there is no need to worry. Purchases made through channels outside of the Solely Socks website, can be exchanged or returned directly from where you made the purchase. If you have made your purchase through www.SolelySocks.com, you can send your item(s) back to us in their unworn, original condition within 30 days and we will gladly exchange or refund your order. Please email us to request an exchange (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please note that as part of normal wear and laundering, the brightness of the colors may fade slightly and pilling may occur. If you have found a significant flaw after wearing the socks, we need to know about it so we can continually make our socks better. Take a photo of the flaw and email us (email@example.com) the photo with a description of what the issue is within 90 days. We will work with you to make things right.
When sending returns or exchanges back to us, please request a proof of postage from your local Post Office so we can compensate you for the shipping costs. Please note that credits can take up to 10 days to be processed after return of goods.
Shipping within Canada takes 2-4 Business Days (Monday - Friday). International deliveries, including the USA, make take up to 10 Business Days (Monday - Friday). For deliveries outside of Canada, customs and duty charges incurred are the customer’s responsibility.
